Instead of visiting a showroom, we come to you. You see fabric, color, and louver samples in your own rooms and lighting, which makes it much easier to choose the right look, and we take exact measurements while we are there.

Yes. Measuring, ordering, and installation are all done by Shutter King USA. We do not subcontract the work, so the person who measured your windows is responsible for the finished result.

Custom products are built to order, so lead times vary by product. Builder blinds that we cut in-house are the fastest; custom shutters, shades, and drapery take longer. We give you a realistic timeline at your consultation and keep you updated along the way.

Most of them can. We offer motorized shutters, roller shades, and the Motorized SmartDrape, controlled by remote, smartphone app, or voice through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

We coordinate directly with the manufacturer on any warranty or repair issue so you do not have to. Our goal on every installation is to avoid repairs in the first place, which is one of the reasons we chose Norman.
